Lab Technician

 
OVERALL REPONSIBILITIES
Includes the below but not limited to –
 
  • To undertake, duties in support of the work of the teaching staff in the science department.
  • Preparation of science materials and equipment.
  • Routine maintenance of science laboratories and preparation rooms, their equipment and
  • services.
  • Maintaining the stocks of science chemicals and equipment.
  • Other Duties.
Requirements:
  • Minimum one (1) year or more relevant experience in a school lab.
 
 

Teacher Assistant

 
OVERALL REPONSIBILITIES
Includes the below but not limited to –
 
  • Work with groups of students under the teacher’s direct supervision.
  • Supervising the playing of educational games.
  • Work with students who have varying degrees of learning support needs.
  • Ensure that students adhere to the school’s behaviour policy
  • Prepare work and activities in accordance with the objectives set by the teacher.
  • Assist the teacher in helping with the student’s physical needs, whilst also encouraging independence.
  • Give feedback to teachers on student’s progress
  • Any other duties as requested by the Head of School.
 
Requirements:
  • Be a passionate educator with the ability to deliver inquiry based learning.
 

Assistant Librarian

 
OVERALL REPONSIBILITIES
Includes the below but not limited to –
 
  • Library management handling day to day library operations like keeping book records etc.
  • Maintain requirement list as per the academic year/ sessions and liaise with Administration for timely procurement.
  • Ensure library assets are maintained properly.
Requirements:
  • Ability to communicate with students of any age group.
  • Self-motivated with an ability to adopt new techniques as per requirements.

Facilities Management Officer

Requirements:

Content Executive

OVERALL REPONSIBILITIES
Includes the below but not limited to –
 
• Researching story ideas for campus social media.
• Ability to produce directly (or via partners) different type of content namely - articles, photos & videos.
• Use the school activity calendar to create content on school events. School event content format includes social media stories (photos, videos and bytes), post event article and pre-hype activity about the event.
• Repurposing content to suit different social media channels, newsletters etc.
• Identifying relevant stakeholders within the school community and schedule time with them to gather raw content.
• Gathering raw content that can be repurposed into a blog.
• Creating and publishing social media stories about campus happenings (in addition to events)
• Maintaining knowledge base for the campus. Includes gathering of frequently asked questions from various departments and converting that into byte sized Q & A for the knowledge base.
• Any other ad hoc responsibility assigned by the reporting manager.
 

Receptionist

OVERALL REPONSIBILITIES
Includes the below but not limited to –
 
  • Greeting visitors in a courteous and friendly manner and assisting them for their purpose of visit.
  • Handling entire reception area during normal working hours and school events.
  • Conference and Board room management for various day to day purposes.
  • Managing all inbound calls on the board line in an efficient manner.
  • Support operations team with managing IT equipment like projectors / display screens / photocopier / fax etc
 
Requirements:
 
  • Must have a pleasant personality with prior relevant experience.
  • Must possess good communication skills.
