OWIS East Coast Campus

One World International School’s East Coast Campus was designed specifically for the Early Years Programme, which is underpinned by the English National Curriculum and geared toward learners between the ages of three and six years old. The campus features an open concept, free-flowing learning space that allows students to enjoy the benefits of a play-based learning environment.

Key Features of OWIS East Coast

We offer our Early Years Programme at our East Coast campus. This whole-child educational programme includes language studies, music, art and physical education. It runs from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. each day, making it a convenient option for families living in the Eastern region of Singapore.

The OWIS East Coast campus offers:

Personalised learning in a kind environment

At OWIS, we believe our youngest learners should be in a nurturing environment where they can develop academically, socially and emotionally.

Our Early Childhood classes are designed for children between the ages of 3 and 6, and with a maximum class size of 18 students, we are able to provide a personalised learning experience for each child. Students enjoy individual time with their teachers, which in turn allows teachers to make meaningful connections with their students.

The non-denominational, multi-cultural environment at OWIS creates a welcoming atmosphere where all children feel accepted and loved. We emphasise a kindness-driven learning place, where we teach our students to be compassionate, empathetic, tolerant and humble. Our students feel secure and happy in their safe environment and grow into confident students, who are able to connect and build relationships with others around them.

Designed for inquiry-led, play-based learning

Our East Coast campus provides a stress-free atmosphere that encourages students to explore. Some of its key features include:

Open-concept, free-flow design that encourages curiosity and allows students to explore their interests

A modern learning facility that supports the play-based curriculum through sensory activities and imaginative play areas

Dynamic indoor and outdoor "small world" play spaces designed with young children in mind.

Spaces for formal instruction, which allows the programme to strike the important balance between self-inquiry and structured learning.

Discover What Makes the OWIS Culture Different

We empower our students to learn and grow. Every student enjoys a hands-on, world-class education that is tailored to meet their complex needs. We provide them with the room and space they need to become the best version of themselves.

We foster deep learning experiences in our students, and we provide them with opportunities to apply their learning in real-world scenarios. We are proud of our balanced curriculum, which includes Music, Movement and the Performing Arts.

We watch as children thrive on kindness and diversity. Our multicultural environment ensures that students interact with friends from all cultures and backgrounds.

We have created a unique Early Years Programme that offers a play-based curriculum that is anchored by the English National Curriculum. It introduces students to structured learning while giving them the confidence to explore and make their own discoveries.
