Edu Trust Singapore

Chinese-English Bilingual Programme for Students in Grades 1-5

Our bilingual programme in Mandarin Chinese and English is perfect for children with age-appropriate fluency in either language. In full alignment with the IB PYP, we provide an immersive cultural and linguistic experience in a dual language setting.

Taught at a native level by bilingual instructors and with only 24 students per class with a teacher and teaching assistant, your child can enjoy greater individual attention while gaining a deeper knowledge of both languages and building one of the most important skills for their future.

What does it feel like to be a part of the OWIS family?

We like that the school is very multicultural and that our daughter comes home feeling valued. Teachers make her feel that her contribution and opinions matter. At OWIS, children are taught that being part of a team and teamwork is just as important as personal advancement!

I love the international exposure, strong second language curriculum and less stressful environment compared to other international schools. The fees are reasonable too.

OWIS places the children first. The ‘back to basics’ feeling of prioritising what matters forms the educational and social wellbeing of all students and is a plus for me. I also like that technology plays enough of a part within my children's studies but does not dominate basic skills towards literacy with reading, writing and presentation. There is very much a balance.
