The Primary Program operates in the belief that children are naturally curious and open to learning, that they are creative, imaginative and resourceful. The focus of the programme is to capitalize on these natural dispositions by providing meaningful activities in which children can become absorbed, committed and successful.

We recognize that learning is a social activity and teachers employ a wide range of teaching techniques and strategies in order to provide for the various learning styles among the class members. Teachers encourage learning from others by grouping and pairing children for appropriate activities.
