Fees and Charges

Academic Year 2016-17

All fees quoted are applicable per academic year (with the exception of the one-time non-refundable Application and Registration fee).

All fees are quoted in Singapore dollars.

All fees quoted are inclusive of the 7% local GST.

All fees are subject to change further to annual review.

Early Childhood and Primary school students are provided with stationery. Middle school students are

expected to provide some educational supplies itemised in their ‘kit list’.

There is a one-time non-refundable Application fee per application. ($150)

There is a one-time, non-refundable Registration fee per applicant upon confirmation of a place. ($2,400) For families with three or more children, the Registration fee will be waived for the third child onwards.

Additional charges will be applied for buses (where applicable), uniforms, special class trips, residential

camps and optional extra-curricular activities.

English as Additional Language (EAL) intensive school programme (per term before GST). ($1,000)

Special Educational Needs Assistance. (As Applicable)

If required, the cost of teaching assistance support will be agreed with parents before an individual education plan is implemented.

OWIS accepts payment by GIRO and Cheque/ Cashier Orders.

Payments by cheque should be made payable to ‘One World International School Pte Ltd

Parents are responsible for informing any third parties, who pay fees on their behalf, of all costs pertaining to fees and charges.

School fees are payable either in 3 equal installments over the year (July; November and March) or on a monthly basis through Giro, over 12 payments from July for the academic year.

Invoices are emailed to the address provided by parents to the school.

The payment of fees by GIRO is encouraged. A GIRO debit form is available in the office for your convenience.

In the event of extended absence from school, tuition fees must be paid during the absence to retain the school place.

For late payments, a charge of SGD 107 [inclusive of GST] will be incurred per month or part thereof.

The school reserves the right to withdraw any student from the school if fees are not paid within one month of the due date. The student cannot be reinstated until all fees are paid and will be subjected to the availability of space. The registration fee will be applicable for re-enrolment of the student.

For withdrawals, all parents are required to give 2 months advance notice in writing to the Admissions Officer or Head of School.

Any damage or loss of school books and equipment will incur a charge.

Whilst parents may choose selected days in the EC1 programmes, these days cannot be changed during the academic year, and may only be extended if space in the class is available.

Requests for an extension to a full day programme must be made in writing to the Admissions Officer, which are subject to space and resources available.
